Army Individual Championship 2012 Results

1. The Army Boxing Association Individual Boxing Championships took place at the Combat Sports Centre in Aldershot over the week of 21 – 24 May 2012. The competition saw an increase in pre event entries to over 100, with 88 registering on the day.

2. The competition was held over 4 days and required 68 bouts to reach its conclusion.

3. The 2012 Individual Championships also included an Inter Corps Championships and a Novice Inter Unit Team Championships.

5. The standard of boxing continues to improve year on year with the finals being contested between the best boxers in their categories in the Army. The Royal Signals winning the Inter Corps Championship has demonstrated the health of the sport amongst the corps.
